USG Guided Injections This study is being done to determine how well a needle can be placed into your knee joint with the use of an ultrasound machine for guidance and to find out if specific nerves can be reached with anesthetic or placebo to prevent the pain in the knee. We are interested if we can reach the specific nerve that will be anesthetized to prevent the pain. Participant eligibility includes age, gender, type and stage of disease, and previous treatments or health concerns. Guidelines differ from study to study, and identify who can or cannot participate. There is no guarantee that every individual who qualifies and wants to participate in a trial will be enrolled. Contact the study team to discuss study eligibility and potential participation.
